There is a small user fee charge for ICBC claims for physiotherapy.

For specialized treatments such as Vestibular, Redcord, Pelvic Floor, Hydrotherapy, Running Analysis and Extended bookings, the cost of the MSP visit is the private amount less $23.00 (which is what MSP covers).

• • • The Medical Services Plan will cover a total of 10 treatments of physiotherapy, non-surgical podiatry, massage therapy, and chiropractic services for those that qualify for Premium Assistance. For further information on Premium Assistance, visit The Medical Services Plan website.

• • • To use the state of the art
      GYM or POOL after your appointment, stop by the Rec Centre’s front desk at the main entrance and pay the drop in fee:
      $7.41 for ages 19-64
      $5.19 for ages 13-18 & 65+

• • • We ask for 24 business hours notice for cancellations. Your appointment time has been reserved for you. Please note that the FULL PRIVATE  fee applies for missed appointments. If your appointment falls on a Monday, we do require notice by 2:00pm on the Saturday prior. If your appointment falls on a Monday and we are closed over the long weekend, we do require notice by 5:00 pm the previous business day.

WSBC automatically approves the initial visit for any accepted or pending claims, within a 60 day period from the date of accident. For any visits outside that 6o day time frame, please call the clinic.
