Physiotherapy Services

Fees vary depending on the type of appointment:

  • REDCORD Fees

    • Private 60 minute Initial visit – $185.00*
    • Private 30 minute Subsequent – $105.00*
    • MSP 60 minute Initial visit – $162.00
    • MSP 30 minute Subsequent visit – $82.00
    • ICBC patients 
      • 30 minutes – $25
    • (Not available for WCB patients)
      * Extended Health Plans vary but can cover up to 100% of fees for REDCORD physiotherapy. There may be an annual dollar maximum for your plan.

    Check with your plan for:
    Specific coverage details and limits.
    Whether a referral from a physician is required to claim reimbursement.

  • Gym or Pool!

    • to use the state of the art
      GYM or POOL after your
      physiotherapy or massage appointment!

  • Cancellation

    • We ask for 24 business hours notice for cancellations. Your appointment time has been reserved for you. Please note that the FULL PRIVATE  fee applies for missed appointments. If your appointment falls on a Monday, we do require notice by 2:00pm on the Saturday prior. If your appointment falls on a Monday and we are closed over the long weekend, we do require notice by 5:00 pm the previous business day..

  • MSP (Premium Assistance) - REDCORD

    • Initial Visit – $162.00
    • Subsequent – $82.00
    • The Medical Services Plan will cover a total of 10 treatments of physiotherapy, non-surgical podiatry, massage therapy, and chiropractic services for those that qualify for Premium Assistance. For further information on Premium Assistance, visit The Medical Services Plan website.
